Note:
1. Application must be received by October 14, 2019.
2. Official confirmation will indicate acceptance of your request.
3. All displays/booths should display U.S. flags and support a patriotic theme.
4. Contributions from Military and Veterans organizations are encouraged, but not required.
5. Corporations and non-military organizations are required to make a contributions (recommended from $100-$300)
6. Due to City ordinance, merchandise sales (other than food) are not permitted.
Booth or Static Displays
1. Booth and displays are located on or near City Hall Plaza unless special arrangements are made.
2. Sponsors must provide their own tables and chairs.
3. Booths and Displays must be set up by 9:30 AM and removed no later than 3:00 PM, on the day of the parade.
