INBLUEM Zine ~ Open call for community submissions

We’re so excited that you’re considering contributing to our first issue of INBLUEM Magazine (both digital and print), a space for creativity, connection, and meaningful reflection. The theme for our inaugural issue is 'In Bloom' - an exploration of growth, personal transformation, and flourishing in all aspects of life.

We’re looking for written articles, photography, artwork, recipes, tutorials, and videos that align with our core themes of self love, holistic health, and synergistic healing with the earth. Here are a few things to keep in mind as you prepare your submission:

  • Align With Our Theme & Values:
For this issue, we invite you to interpret the theme 'In Bloom' in a way that feels meaningful to you. Whether it’s through a personal story, visual art, or creative reflection, we’re eager to see how you express the idea of growth and flourishing. Broader submissions are also welcome beyond the theme, but we encourage thoughtful, intentional work that speaks to self love, earth love, and people love.

  • Polished & Ready for Publication:
Please submit completed works or polished samples that are ready for publication. We’re a small team and won’t be able to workshop submissions, so your work should be fully developed and thoughtfully crafted.

  • Visual Accompaniment:
For written articles, we’d love for you to include accompanying imagery that reflects your piece. Similarly, if you’re submitting photography, we encourage you to include a written reflection or description about the work, sharing the inspiration behind it.

  • Introspective & Reflective:
We love work that digs deep. Whether your submission is poetic, educational, or visual, we encourage creativity that inspires thoughtfulness and connection. Let your work reflect your journey, ideas, or relationship with the theme and our values.

  • Practical Details:
Submissions should be shared via a Google Drive link (or other file sharing website), and please ensure the permissions allow us to view and download your work for review.

The deadline for submissions for the first issue is November 30th. However, you’re welcome to submit broader works even beyond this date for future consideration.

We can’t wait to see how your creativity blooms! Follow the form below, and please share what makes your submission so special to you.
