SHES Digital Sign: Student Birthday Message Request
A birthday message on the digital sign at school is a great way to make your child feel special. Use this form to request a message for your child. A $15 donation to the PTA is suggested for each birthday message request. Donate here: https://sleepyhollow.memberhub.com/store/items/62600 

All birthday messages will read: "Happy Birthday, YOUR CHILD'S NAME" and will be displayed for 2-3 days starting on the date of your child's birthday. If you want the message to be displayed on a day that is different from your child's birthday please indicate in the comments section of the form. 
Per FCPS policy, only first names will be displayed. 
Messages are limited to current SHES students. 
Please submit a new form response for each child.
