Show shirt and fit will be the same style as the 2017 RachOn&Off. This will be your marching shirt and is part of your uniform. One shirt is included in your fair share, replacements are $20. Show shirt is required for all games and performances.

Financial Information and Fair Share
Fair Share
Fair Share for all students playing an instrument is $200, which is due on Wednesday, 8/1/18.
Fair Share for Fall Color Guard is $350, which is due Wednesday, 8/1/18.

If the balance cannot be paid in full by 8/1/18, a $50 minimum payment and Payment Plan Contract is required and will be available on the band website Financial Information page. http://www.westorangeband.com/info/financialinfo.htm

**Band and Color Guard Fair Share payment minimum of $50.00 is due on Wednesday 8/1/18. Students will need to show receipt of payment to be able to pick up their show shirt on Friday 8/3/2018. This shirt is a requirement to march in the premier show.**

Payment Method *
Please indicate your payment method - A minimum payment of $50 is required to register and receive your band shirt and if the balance is not paid in full by Wednesday 8/1/18 you will be required to sign and return a payment contract available on the band web site. Schoolpay can be used at any time by anyone to pay. (You will need to wait until the schoolpay links are opened for the 2018-19 school year. ) Be sure to include student name on any schoolpay transaction. Freshmen parents: if you login through the SchoolPay site you will not be able to see West Orange Band and Colorguard items until the county promotes your student. This should happen some time in July.
Marching Shoes *
Every band and color guard student needs their own pair of marching shoes. An order will be placed during band camp and will include one pair of gloves. Shoes will cost $35. Payment for shoes can be made by cash/check or by credit card via SchoolPay when the link becomes active for the 2018-19 school year. Please make appropriate selection below.

I would like to be a volunteer with the band this year. After August 1st - Please go online to https://ocps.net/cms/one.aspx?portalId=54703&pageId=89698 and complete the online application by clicking on the Volunteer Link.
Additional Information
Please be sure you have sent an email to wowarriorband@gmail.com to be included on the distribution list. Please include your name, your student's name, their graduation year and what instrument they play/or if they are in guard.

An OCPS medical card will be in the student folder given out the first day of Band Camp and needs to be completed and returned prior to the end of Band Camp on Friday 8/3/18.

Students also need tall black socks with no logos to wear with their uniform. They will purchase those on their own.

Donations for Marching Season- please drop off in the band room anytime
We request these items from all band students for their use during marching season at all home and away games.
