Make-Up Class Sign Up Form ｜補課登記表

  1. All make-up classes must be in person at the Monastery, each make-up class will last about 2 hours.
  2. Please schedule appointments 1 day in advance using this Google Form.
  3. Kindly ensure that your scheduled date is after the missed class, as the recording will not be available before then.
  4. If possible, please bring your own headphones and a wifi device such as laptop, or tablet to watch the recording. If you do not have these items, the Monastery can provide them (limited availability).
  5. Available times for make-up classes are: Monday through Friday 1:00 pm - 5:00 pm and Monday Tuesday, and Thursday evenings from 5:00 pm - 8:00 pm.
  6. Please note that the deadline for the Spring 2026 semester is April 3. Kindly ensure that you complete your makeup sessions before then.

  6. 本學期(2026春季)課程系統將於4月3日關閉，補課請在此前完成。
