2025 Fall Forum - Workshop & Interactive Station Application Form
2025 Wisconsin 4-H Fall Forum - October 31-November 2, 2025 - Green Lake Conference Center

We are excited to open the application process for workshops and interactive learning stations for the 2025 Wisconsin 4-H Fall Forum!  Thank you for your interest in sharing knowledge, skills and sparks with our 4-H members and volunteers!  The purpose of Fall Forum is to bring 4-H youth and adult leaders together to connect, collaborate, celebrate, and continue building excitement and energy for a new year of 4-H learning. The program is designed for youth in grades 7-13 and adult volunteers.

Workshops - There will be 3 workshop timeslots on Saturday, November 1st - 10:45 - 11:45 a.m., 1:15 - 2:45 p.m., 3:15 -4:45 p.m. These workshop sessions are designed to be engaging, hands-on and feature topics of interest to youth and adults.  Participants register for workshops in advance.

Interactive Stations - There will be an opportunity to share information and hands-on activities on Friday, October 31st -  7:30 - 9:30 p.m.  Participants move from station to station freely and explore different interests and information.  Leaders should be prepared for about 100 youth and adult visitors at each station.  This is a great opportunity to lead brief hands on activities or to offer Q&A sessions about a specific topic.

Deadline to submit workshop/station ideas:  August 15th
