The outdoor activities will take place on Saturday 11th November afternoon till evening and on Sunday 12th November morning. There will be varied workshops happening in Dwejra Valley aimed at different interest but aimed at children and young people. It is expected that non-scouts are accompanied by a responsible adult who will be responsible for his/her under 18. Examples of activities happening are nature trails, biodiversity expedition, fire-starting, cooking, pioneering and ropework, sinnets and camp craft, team building games and a zipline. Part of the Activities will include a forum to facilitate a civil society discussion, where participants will be allowed to discuss the impact of outdoor activities to the quality of life and also contribute ideas on how to improve the outdoor experience on the island of Gozo
This registration portal is for both scouts and non scouts (which could either be family, youth organisation or school)Please note that registration through this portal does not entitle you to automatic participation in the event. The event has limited space and confirmation of acceptance will be confirmed via email. Once accepted, to participate during the event one would also need to bring the parental consent form that will be provided.
