Institutional Food Networks Survey
Hi Comfood Community,
I am a Seattle based researcher developing recommendations for a network of service providers that assist institutions (schools, hospitals, corporate campuses, corrections, sporting centers, and others) in locating and purchasing local and regional food - both direct through farmers and food hubs, but also through traditional supply chains.
I am having in-depth interviews with networks that are established and support similar Farm 2 Institution/Farm 2 Cafeteria efforts. However, I wanted to ask this community (COMFOOD) if you have any information on networks like this, to fill out a short survey, so I am comprehensive in my research. I know some of these Farm 2 Institution teams are just forming or do not yet have a web presence, so any leads are helpful. Thank you for your time.
