If you are a waiver, walker, or a student wanting to ride a bus other than assigned for your primary address; ie: dual household, daycare, etc. or
you would like to inquire about adding a bus stop location or adjusting your current bus stop please complete this form.
At the beginning of the school year, all eligible riders must first be accommodated to ensure accurate assessment of bus capacity. This evaluation typically concludes in early November.
After this period, if space is available, additional students may be assigned to a bus and designated stop. You will be notified by email or phone regarding the status of your request following the assessment.
Please be aware Bus stop locations are established by Washington Administrative Codes, Revised Codes of Washington, and Northshore School District Policies. Walk areas to all schools and bus stops can be up to 1 mile. Each stop is assessed for student safety and centrally located to convenience neighborhoods while maintaining efficiency.
• The completion of this form does not guarantee a bus ride or stop adjustment.
• An approval of your form is only good for the current school year.
• Ridership will be revoked if students do not adhere to the bus rules.
