Veteran Yoga Class
Over the past two decades, scientific evidence has persuaded high-level DoD health care experts to accept yoga and meditation as legitimate treatments for post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), pain management, and much more. Yoga is good for not just the body, but the mind as well. Veteran Student Life is aware of the physical and mental benefits of yoga, but we also know that finding a yoga class that doesn't feel too off the mark can be difficult. To help you ease your way into wellness, sign up for our yoga class. Mats are provided, but feel free to bring your own!
