This is the application form for the 2nd Dutch Facilitator Development Program for the Work that Reconnects, with Manon Danker and Lian Kasper, starting in November 2024. Please note that filling in this registration form does not mean that your place in the program is secured, since there is a good chance that we will have a waiting list and selection procedure. Please note that as a prerequisite for the training, we ask you to have attended at least one, preferably two or more multiple-day intensive with Manon, Lian and/or elsewhere. You can find these trainings on our respective websites.

The course consists of three residential weekends held over a period of 6 months, from November to April. Group-work will take place in between, in which you will practice facilitation skills with each other hands-on. You will have to take into account about 4 hours per week for group work and self study.

The residential weekends weave together three aspect of development: 1. Deepening your embodied understanding of the work by going through the practices together, 2. Background theory and information on  the Work that Reconnects and on the facilitation of deep group processes, and 3. Hands-on facilitation practice and feedback. Because of the interweaving of these three strands, the course will demand a certain level of emotional development and ability to switch between deep process-work and more cognitive evaluation of the practices we do. This is the reason why we highly recommend attending multiple workshops in the work that reconnects, to give space for and grow in your own personal process, before attending the facilitator training.

Investment Details:

The Investment for the 6-month program has a sliding scale between €1275,- and € 2475,- euro. All meals and simple dormitory style accommodation are included. Payment details will be shared once you are enrolled.

Private person and/or freelancers: €1275,- standard or € 1625,- if you are able to support others. 

For organizations and businesses: € 2475,- (note that btw is excluded and will be applied if you need an invoice)

Supported places € 975,- (availability depends on incoming funds)

Please be considerate of the investment you can make and whether you apply for support so we can make this gathering accessible to a wider group of people. The supported spots depend on the availability of supporting payments. We encourage you to also look for support in your personal environment to make participation possible, or to look into the possibility of seeing this course as a step in your professional development and getting it reimbursed by your employer. We have seen that employers are willing to cover the expenses for this training. In that case, please apply for the support or business price.

Cancellation policy: Cancellations by participant until October 1st – investment will be refunded. Cancellations by participant after October 1st – investment is non-refundable, if you (or we) find a participant to take your place we replace your booking and return your investment. In the unlikely event that we have to cancel the program, your payment will be fully refunded
