Shuttlecats Session Request Form
Hello Shuttlecats! This form can be used to request rescheduling or cancelling a ticket for a Shuttlecats session that you are unable to attend. Please note that we can only offer rescheduling tickets for current members of Shuttlecats - guests are still able to cancel their ticket through this form, though we are not able to offer refunds for any tickets.

Rescheduling a ticket:
In order to get your ticket rescheduled, please complete this form:
  • For Tuesday sessions: Before 12pm Tuesday (on the day of the session)
  • For Saturday sessions: Before 9am Saturday (on the day of the session)
Requests made after these cut-off times will not be granted.
