This is a first-payment basis arrangement. Once payment is received, I’ll begin preparing your order and ship it out as soon as possible. Your tracking number will be sent shortly after your parcel has been handed over to the courier.

Shipping is via J&T Express or LBC.  Once the item has been handed over to the courier, Kavalier is no longer responsible for any damages or issues that may occur during shipping. Any damage or loss that occurs in transit is the responsibility of the courier. If you receive a damaged item, please contact the courier directly to file a claim.

A little note:
Kavalier is run entirely by one person, and I’m currently managing it alongside school. There may be days when I’m occupied, but rest assured that your order will be shipped within 1–3 business days. Should there be any delays, I sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding.    

Order Policies
– Orders that have been processed and sent out can no longer be canceled unless the item is out of stock. In such cases, you will be notified in advance.
– Orders placed on Saturdays after 4:00 PM will be processed the following business day (Monday).
– Only defective or incorrect items are eligible for return or refund within 7 days, provided that the buyer can present valid proof of the issue.
