- New Portal accounts are generated nightly for parents who have a unique email in IC and do not currently have a portal account.- When the account is created the parent is automatically sent an email with their login information.- Infinite Campus has a Self Serve process for students and parents who use the Portal. This will allow students and parents to request passwords and user login information using email. SEE INSTRUCTIONS BELOW.
The student or parent must know their login information to setup the Self Serve. They cannot request Self Serve help until they have set up Self Serve. Once logged into the Portal, parents can see their student(s) information, change or request changes to demographic information, including phone # and email address.

Forgot Username:- Enter the email address associated with your account.- An email will be sent to you with the username information.
