Poster Evaluation Form for Prizes Basel 2019
The following form is intended to be used by EAHIL 2019 Poster evaluators to assess posters for awards. There are two awards posters, one for Best Poster and another for Best Poster by a First-Time EAHIL Delegate.

Please score each item on the scale, with 1 (low) = marginally adequate, and 5 (high) = excellent.
Which of the following posters did you evaluate? Please choose ONE per submission. Posters are listed in board # order. *
Enter the initials of your name (for e.g. for "Jane Smith", enter "js"). This is to ensure we don't double count evaluations for the same workshop. *
