Blogging is a thriving form of writing in the modern world, allowing people to share their thoughts in a instant and communicate with others around the world.
Children are beginning to learn the power of blogging and communicate their learning to the world around them, with immediate feedback. Compass Blogging is designed to provide children, within a local community, an audience for their class blog. Reading about other children’s learning from within a school, local to them, will not only help provide a sense of community but also provide confidence in feedback and potential to communicate further using 21st century technology.
Compass Blogging is an idea born from teachers in Somerset (@primaryteachICT and @MrGsBrain). Inspired by the evolution of Quadblogging (www.quadblogging.net) from @Deputymitchell
