BAIS takes its responsibility to protect and nurture children seriously, creating a safe and positive environment in which to grow. The protection of children is the responsibility of every adult at BAIS. We expect all adults that come to BAIS property to conduct themselves with utmost integrity and professionalism at all times

BAIS bersungguh-sungguh dalam melakukan tanggung jawab melindungi dan menjaga anak-anak dengan menciptakan lingkungan yang aman dan positif untuk tiap-tiap anak, demikian pula hal yang sama kami tuntut dari semua pengunjung yang datang ke BAIS.

Guests coming to BAIS property shall/Seluruh pengunjung BAIS diwajibkan untuk:

Stop and register their name by showing their ID card (KTP/Driver License/Any Photo ID) at the security post and wear the BAIS visitor badge the entire time while on campus /Melapor ke pos keamanan dan mengisi buku tamu dengan menunjukan bukti identitas (KTP/SIM). Harap selalu mengenakan kartu tamu selama berada di dalam area BAIS.
Follow the directions from security to park their vehicle. The limited parking at BAIS will be prioritized for staff, parents and pre-approved students of BAIS/Mengikuti arahan staf keamanan dalam memarkir kendaraan. Perlu diketahui bahwa lahan parkir BAIS yang terbatas diutamakan untuk digunakan oleh staff, orangtua murid, dan murid.
Follow the directions from security to go to the designated area /Mengikuti arahan staf keamanan sesuai dengan tujuan kunjungan.
Not disrupt the orderly conduct of classes, school programs or other school activities /Tidak mengganggu kegiatan belajar mengajar di BAIS.
Only using designated toilets for guests; please check the signs for each toilet. The toilets by the MPR are not accessible for adults/Menggunakan fasilitas kamar kecil yang telah disediakan khusus untuk pengunjung.
Supervise their under 10 year old children while playing at the playground, sport court, and soccer field. While on the playground, please make sure he/she uses appropriate equipment according to their age. /Pengunjung yang membawa anak-anak dibawah umur 10 tahun untuk bermain di taman bermain, lapangan basket, dan lapangan bola BAIS dilarang membiarkan anak-anaknya tanpa pengawasan.
Not possess or use weapons in or on school property or at a school function, except in the case of law enforcement officers or except as specifically authorized by the local government/Dilarang membawa dan atau menggunakan senjata api/tajam di wilayah kampus BAIS, kecuali oleh pihak yang berwenang atau petugas yang mendapatkan izin.
Ensure that all trash is disposed of in the designated trash cans, in order to maintain a clean and hygienic school campus, and NO SMOKING in any area at BAIS/Semua pengunjung diminta untuk Dilarang Merokok dan tetap menjaga kebersihan area BAIS

Regarding child safety protocols at BAIS, guests will also/Sehubungan dengan protokol keamanan dan keselamatan anak di BAIS, tamu diwajibkan:

Never be alone with a student unless it is in an open area visible to others, and only when it is absolutely necessary for the task at hand. Isolation can be reduced when interacting with children by keeping others informed of or observant of all interactions/Tidak berduaan dengan murid kecuali di tempat terbuka dan pada situasi saat benar-benar diperlukan.
Interact with children in a mature, capable, safe, caring, and responsible manner with a high level of accountability/Berinteraksi dengan anak-anak secara dewasa, aman,wajar dan bertanggungjawab.
Use words to encourage and edify children, and not to demean or damage them in any way/Berkomunikasi dengan anak-anak secara bijak dan membangun.
Physical contact with students should be limited to situations where it is necessary for the safety and well-being of the student/Wajib mengatur jarak secara wajar untuk menjaga keamanan dan keselamatan anak murid.

Please be aware that our school has CCTV in place throughout the building to secure our campus. Any violation of the code of conduct will result in, at minimum, a conversation with the school director and at maximum, being escorted off campus and local police authorities contacted/Sekolah BAIS diperlengkapi dengan CCTV yang mencakup seluruh area BAIS. BAIS berhak melakukan tindakan pengamanan maksimal untuk setiap pelanggaran yang dilakukan di area BAIS.
