GIRLS CAMP - Monday 7th July 2025 – Tuesday 15th July 2025
BOYS CAMP - Thursday 17th July 2025 – Friday 25th July 2025
Cost:
£120*
*An 'early bird' discounted fee of £110 will be given to those who have their form in before 16th June 2025.
An additional discount of £10 will be given to each subsequent sibling.
Details on how to pay for the camp will be provided when we contact you to advise that your child has been accepted.
Spending Money:
We strongly advise parents to inform their children to deposit their spending money for safe keeping.
Applications:
Due to staff restraints, numbers for each camp will be strictly limited and will be given on a first come, first served basis on
receipt of a completed application form with payment.
An application form will only be accepted if it is received from the parent/guardian signing the form.
Transport:
Parents or guardians are responsible for transporting their child to and from the campsite. We
recommend that children be accompanied by a responsible adult during transportation to ensure their
safety. Any other time your child needs to travel to and from the camp site during the camp, it will be
on an official bus/coach or approved vehicle. It is important your child remains seated and belted at
all times. This prevents the driver being distracted.
What to do on arrival at the campsite:
Staff will be on site from 4pm. Please do not bring your child before
this time.
On arrival to the site, please ensure you register your child in person in the large marquee onsite as additional information and signatures will be required on the day.
Pick up time:
Please arrange for your child to be picked up no later than 11am on the last day.
*Parents must contact a Director in advance if they are arranging for someone other than the
Parent/Guardian to be collecting their child.
NOTE:
The care of your children is of utmost importance to us. Our staff are instructed to always give this priority. We are also aware of the influence we have on the children and endeavour to the best of our ability to run camp in a courteous, friendly and Christlike manner. Please encourage your child to observe the rules and behave in a manner which makes camp a happy experience for everyone.
