The NEP wants to ensure that we keep track of any NEP league game that may not have a referee or full compliment of referees present.  HOME & AWAY teams are asked to please fill out this Form should you experience a game where a referee was missing / not present. Teams and clubs have until June 15th, 2022 to submit information on this form.
