Epilepsy: Understanding of the Condition.
I am a final year student at university undertaking a science communication research project exploring epilepsy. As part of my research I would like to find out how much people with epilepsy understand the condition and if there are areas where they could be more supported.

This is an anonymous survey. There will be no personal information collected.

Any information you can provide will be used to help design activities to raise awareness of epilepsy and educate people on the condition.
