LESD Member Account Change Request
With your team membership we provide the option to change the account status throughout the season with the following statuses. Members are responsible for filling out the Change of Account form with the correct information at least 15 days before the requested change date. 

LESD BILLS ON THE 1ST OF EACH MONTH FOR THE PREVIOUS MONTH FEES AND ACTIVITIES. PLEASE NOTE THAT ACCOUNTS WILL BE CHARGED ON THE 1ST OF THE MONTH AND THEN SUSPENDED

MEMBER (Swimmer) STATUS

  • Active - A member participating in any LESD practice, events or meets.    

  • Suspended  - Member temporarily pauses their training during the season. The swimmer is not participating in any LESD practices during the pause and must fill out this form again to become active before returning.

  • Canceled Swimmer- A member who is stopping all training and meets and has no plans to return. Canceled members can re-active their account at a $25.00 charge per re-activation. All accounts will be reviewed for service hour completion and charged according to policy before canceling

If you change the member status to suspended, you will still have Account access; however, the suspended member will not appear

*Swimmers who commit to returning after High School season will stay active without monthly  fees December 1-March 1 to allow for post season meet sign up etc.
