Pomona No-Cost Irrigation Programs Application
The City of Pomona is offering two different no-cost irrigation programs to help with both water conservation and water efficiency.  This application will allow you to choose the program that is most beneficial for your site since it is limited to one program per site.  

1.  Smart Sprinkler Timer Upgrade (sprinkler timers that adjust daily based upon outside weather)
2.  Tune-up (Irrigation repair work)

This submission has two steps:  After submitting your application you will receive confirmation that Step 1 has been completed.  In the confirmation, Step 2 will include a City of Pomona Agreement and Release Form link that must be submitted prior to scheduling your site visit.

Is your sprinkler system working now?* *
*Your irrigation system must be operational to participate in these programs.  If your water is shut off due to a main line leak or manifold issue, you will need to make these repairs prior to participating.  There has to be water to the valves when turning them on, and water must come out of the spray heads.  
Do you have a sprinkler timer?   *
The sprinkler timer is also called a clock or controller.  It is the box were you program the minutes for each valve to water.  
Would you like to participate in the Smart Sprinkler Timer Upgrade? * *
The smart sprinkler timer is a Wi-Fi model. It is the latest in technology and is proven to save water by adjusting the watering minutes based on the temperature, humidity, wind and precipitation for your location.  You still have full control of the sprinkler timer and set the maximum minutes you want each area to water, the new sprinkler timer simply lowers those minutes when it is cooler outside and the demand for the water is not as great. You can adjust your new timer with a cell phone, tablet, or computer.  You can also call a toll-free number for adjustments and they can remotely access your timer to help with programming and troubleshooting.  As well, you will be able to control your timer when not at home.  
*This program includes one new sprinkler timer up to 10 stations only.  
Would you like to participate in the Tune-up Program? *
The Tune-up Program includes the repair/replacement of one anti-syphon valve, raise/replace sprinkler bodies and nozzles (6 per site), repair 1 lateral PVC line break (not under asphalt, concrete or in a heavily rooted area), and 6 drip emitters.  All repairs are for plastic/PVC parts.  All repairs are "as-needed" (a repair is needed).  No galvanized pipe, in-ground or metal valves.   Customers who operate their valves manually may also participate in Tune-up.
