The Robotics Education & Competition (REC) Foundation is happy to provide individual invitation letters to teams attending this event, to assist with the visa application process. To expedite this process, please use this form to submit the full legal names, birth dates, and passport numbers for all team members that wish to travel.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

•  Organizations with multiple teams (e.g. TEAM1, TEAM2, and TEAM3) will need to submit a separate form for each team.  
•  Information will be included EXACTLY as it is received, so please double check for correct spellings, dates, and passport numbers.
•  We will provide one letter for the entire team that includes the full list of students, teachers, and other adults traveling with the team.  

Requests submitted will be processed within seven days of submission.
