The Curriculum Production team at Accelerate Learning, Inc. is in search of a contractor to assist with document formatting and online publishing of developed curriculum materials. A variety of content (text, images, interactions, videos) will need to be accurately applied and formatted as usable in our online product.
Tasks completed on schedule, understanding that each subtask is dependent on timely completion for the products to meet their final delivery dates.Tasks completely meet quality guidelines, minimizing any rework, final product to be error free.
Knowledge Skills and Abilities Required
Familiarity with document formatting tools, style guides and templates.Must have strong problem-solving skills when working with document formatting, document storage systems and web browser navigation.Must Be self-motivated and flexible.Must be able to work well independently.Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills.Ability to self-manage multiple production projects and deadlines.Familiarity with educational products (on-line or print) and their structure and delivery is helpful but not required.
Software Proficiency Required
Must be proficient in the following software programs/skills:
Google Products Suite (Drive, Docs, Slides, Sheets, Forms, etc.)Google Chrome web browser functionality.MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PPT, etc.)Adobe Product Suite (Acrobat, etc.)Familiarity with HTML (will not be developing in HTML, but must understand the concepts since the tools utilize HTML-type features)
