DO NOT USE THIS FORM TO REQUEST HELP FROM THE TECH COMMITTEE IF YOU ALREADY HAVE SOMEONE ELSE "ON THE CASE" WORKING TO ADDRESS YOUR PROBLEM. IT IS DISCOURAGING (TO SAY THE LEAST) TO WORK TO FIND SOLUTIONS ONLY TO FIND OUT THAT THOSE PROBLEMS HAVE BEEN SOLVED BY SOMEONE ELSE.
