One child per form. If you have multiple children applying, please fill out the form for each child. 

A $100 non-refundable application deposit is required for each child and families will be invoiced for this deposit. The invoice will be emailed once your family and child(ren) have been admitted to the A One Room Schoolhouse which is after completing the meeting with their potential teacher where you get to know each other, complete some basic placement testing, and review our model. You will also be able to tour the campus you are considering.
