The UP Career Assistance Program CAPprentice is an immersive and fast-paced internship program specially designed for freshmen and sophomore students from the College of Business Administration and the School of Economics, as well as juniors from BAA.
With specialized learning and hands-on mentorship, this program aims to offer a first-hand experience of life in UP Career Assistance Program (UP CAP) and take ownership of meaningful projects for the organization's biggest events of the year. Participants will be fast-tracked for UP CAP's annual application program for the next school year, provided that they get a CAPprentice grade of at least 80%.
