SELECTION CRITERIA - Applicants should: * Have a record of sustained academic achievement. * Demonstrate financial need. * Have a record of community service, volunteerism and/or employment.
SELECTION PROCEDURE - The Selection Committee will review all complete applications based on the above criteria. The winners will be notified in May.
PAYMENT OF AWARD - The award will be forwarded to the student once he/she provides proof of enrollment at a college, university, business or technical school.
APPLICATION PROCEDURE - Students must submit: * Answers to the questions below - answer each question and press the "Submit" button at the end. * Email a copy of the SAR (Student Aid Report) page ONLY showing the Expected Family Contribution (EFC) as proof of financial need to email@example.com. * Email an academic transcript from your high school, a college transcript (if applicable), including SAT or ACT scores (if applicable) to firstname.lastname@example.org. If you do not answer all required questions AND click the submit button you will lose all information that you have entered and the review committee will NOT receive your application. We recommend that you print this application first and work on your answers BEFORE you begin to enter any information.
