Frequently Asked Questions

Q: How much notice is required?

A: We require at least a two week notice for all custom party favors and dipped treats. However, you can still contact us if it is less than two weeks. We will do our best to squeeze the order in but there will be a rush fee added. For balloons and event decor the time frame varies.

Q: What methods of payment do you take? 

A: Zelle, Apple Pay, and card payments through our payment link are available.

Q: Do you require a deposit? 

A: Yes. A 50% non refundable deposit is required to secure your date/order.
