PANEL/WORKSHOP INFORMATION & BENEFITS: You may apply to present as many panels or workshops as you’d like. All panels and most workshops are 45 minutes in length and include badges for up to three panelists that are good for Weekend entrance of the show. (Additional passes must be purchased in advance. If you would like different passes such as VIP Passes, you may purchase them separately. In keeping with VikingsCon ticket policies, all sales on passes are final and cannot be refunded.)

PLEASE NOTE: We will review all submissions and select the panels and workshops accepted - this section of VikingsCon is not first come, first served and applying does not guarantee you panel/workshop time. VikingsCon generally DOES NOT pay speaking fees nor does it cover travel, lodging, or meals. All members of the accepted application will be admitted to VikingsCon free of charge and receive other benefits such as marketing support, booth space, etc.

TECHNICAL REMINDER: Please note that VikingsCon does not provide laptops for presentations. It is the responsibility of the panelists to provide their own laptop and any other cables required to connect their equipment to the provided AV.
