Section 1: Technological Requirements
- At Vision2Reality Foundation, operations are fully remote (with the occasional optional in-person social). As such, access to a computer, webcam, microphone and stable internet connection is required.
- At Vision2Reality Foundation, communications between volunteers are primarily through MightyNetworks, our Community Platform, and email.

Section 2: Volunteer Expectations
- Volunteers are expected to log into our community platform at least twice per week
- Volunteers are expected to post once per quarter on our community platform
- Volunteers are expected to join at least one virtual event hosted by V2RF each quarter
- Volunteers are expected to commit to the organization for a minimum of 6 months from sign-up

Section 3: Media Release
- If accepted to become a volunteer of Vision2Reality Foundation, you hereby grant permission to Vision2Reality Foundation to use and publish your name, photograph, image, video footage, and any other media content captured or recorded during your participation as a volunteer.
- You understand and agree that this media content may be used for promotional, marketing, and communication purposes by Vision2Reality Foundation, including but not limited to the organization's website, social media channels, newsletters, press releases, brochures, and other printed and digital materials.
- You acknowledge that Vision2Reality Foundation retains all rights to the media content and that you will not receive any compensation or financial remuneration for the use of the media content.
- You further release Vision2Reality Foundation, its representatives, employees, and volunteers from any claims, demands, or liabilities arising out of or in connection with the use of the media content, including any alterations or modifications made to the media content.
- You have read this Media Release Form, understand its contents, and voluntarily agree to its terms.
- This consent is given in perpetuity, and does not require prior approval by you.
