1. WHAT PERSONAL INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?
Personal/Company data and their purpose
The collection of personal/company data or data relatable to a specific individual/company is needed for the organisation of the events organised by the 3DP Pilot.

2. WHO HAS ACCESS TO YOUR INFORMATION AND TO WHOM IS IT DISCLOSED?
Data will not be transmitted to any third parties.

3. HOW DO WE PROTECT AND SAFEGUARD YOUR INFORMATION?
In the context of this project, IDEA Consult will act as sub-processors of personal data on behalf of the 3DP Pilot's lead regions.
At IDEA Consult, the personal data is stored via Sharepoint Online in Microsoft's data centers which is only available to the users of IDEA Consult. The policy of Sharepoint Microsoft can be consulted through the following link: https://techcommunity.microsoft.com/t5/Microsoft-OneDrive-Blog/GDPR-Compliancy-with-OneDrive-and-SharePoint/ba-p/191126. A daily cloud copy of these files is taken to the data centers of Telesafe (IDEA Consult’s IT provider) in Vilvoorde, Belgium (encrypted).
The data will be stored in Microsoft’s OneDrive for Business. The respective standard contractual clauses were approved by the EU’s Article 29 Working Group to be in line with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and by extension with Regulation (EU) 2018/1725 applicable here. Local copies of the anonymised data are stored on encrypted devices and/or in encrypted files. Access to the data is restricted to authorized personnel directly and necessarily involved in data processing only. Before they are granted access, they are instructed upon their duties concerning data privacy and they must sign a non-disclosure agreement. If applicable, transmission of anonymised data from and to the controller and/or processor will make use of encrypted emailing and/or encrypted files.

4. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR DATA?
All the raw and/or anonymised data will be deleted by the data processors who have access to these data (IDEA Consult).

5. HOW CAN YOU ACCESS, VERIFY, MODIFY OR DELETE YOUR INFORMATION?
