Le SPINTHRIFT MARKET d'AFROPUNK PARIS 2018 aura lieu les 14 et 15 juillet 2018 sur le parvis de la Villette.
Le SPINTHRIFT MARKET accueillera des créateurs et artisans sélectionnés pour proposer une grande variété de produits uniques. Le nombre de stands est limité. L'inscription à ce formulaire n'en garantie pas l'accès. Les vendeurs AFROPUNK seront choisis sur la base de leur créativité, de l'attractivité de leur stand (pensez à inclure des photos ou croquis de votre stand) de la qualité de leurs produits et de leur professionnalisme.

La date limite d'inscription est le 15 avril 2018

Le tarif pour un emplacement de 3m x 3m est de 600 euros

Si vous êtes une association ou une organisation à but non commercial et que vous ne pouvez pas vous acquitter de la redevance, nous ne vous fermons pas la porte : inscrivez vous et nous réfléchirons ensemble à une aide au financement.

Assurance : Tous les vendeurs devront présenter un certificat d'assurance avec couverture de responsabilité auprès d'AFROPUNK, ses filiales et ses partenaires en tant qu'assurés complémentaires.

Les vendeurs sélectionnés seront contactés avant le 15 mai 2018. Les vendeurs devront alors remplir un formulaire et faire parvenir leur paiement avant le 15 juin 2018 pour confirmer la réservation de leur stand, faute de quoi leur présence sera annulée.

Une fois la réservation confirmée, vous recevrez une lettre de confirmation accompagnée d'un contrat et d'un règlement, d'une facture ainsi que la liste de tous les documents nécessaires concernant l'assurance. Tout devra être retourné sous 14 jours sous peine d’annulation.

The SPINTHRIFT MARKET at AFROPUNK PARIS 2018 will include 2 days of trading, July 14-15 2018, at parvis de La Villette.
The SPINTHRIFT MARKET in PARIS will feature DIY artisans and craftspeople curated to offer a wide variety of one-of-a-kind products. Space is limited. Applicants are NOT guaranteed acceptance. AFROPUNK Traders are accepted on the basis of their inventive and captivating booth set ups (make sure to include pics or a sketch of your booth set up for consideration) + quality, current products + professionalism. Bring your A game!

Program Details
Application Due Date: Rolling submissions through April 15, 2018.

Pricing for 2 days of trading, including 3m x 3m trading space: 600€

note: if you are an association, activism organization, or non-profit/non benefit organization, we will not close the door to you due to cost, so please apply and we will work with you if you need assistance on the cost.

Insurance: All participating traders will be required to present a Certificate of Insurance with liability coverage with AFROPUNK, its subsidiaries and partners as additional insured.

Selected vendors will be notified on a rolling basis between date of application submission and May 15, 2018. Vendors will be required to complete and submit all paperwork and payments no later than June 15, 2018 to confirm their booth or the reservation may be cancelled.

Once accepted, you will be sent an acceptance letter with a contract, rules and regulations, necessary tax documentation, an invoice, and information regarding insurance. All of this is due within 14 days of acceptance to confirm participation.
