PROPERTY TRANSFER DEFAULT PENALTY: If the property is not transferred by the vendor to the purchaser on or before the time and date specified in item 1, the vendor agrees to repay all money paid by the purchaser within 4 working days and agrees to pay recovery legal costs plus a rate of 10% compound interest per year for every month beyond the transfer date agreed in item number 1.
