In appreciation and consideration of the gift of the below listed property I agree to accept all of this property and any other property I received from ISI at this garage giveaway or other similar events in as is condition. I accept all of such property without any warranty whatsoever and waive, release and agree to hold harmless ISI, its agents, employees and volunteers from any and all property damage, personal injury or other claims of whatever nature related to the receipt and use of the referenced property by myself or any other person or organization. Once you receive these items they are yours and when you leaves school, you are responsible for getting rid of them, or selling them yourselves. I agree that I participate in this event/activity solely at my own risk. I waive, release and agree to hold harmless ISI, its agents, employees and volunteers from any and all property damage, personal injury or other claims of whatever nature made by myself or others related to my participation in this event/activity.
