Strengthening Integrated Care Systems: Priorities for  the Incoming Government
This is the Health Devolution Commission's short survey of key stakeholders about how Integrated Care Systems should be better supported by the next Government. Please take part by close of play on Tuesday 25th June at the latest. 

There are four questions covering ICS's aims and outcomes, governance, priority groups and delivery models. They should take you no more than 10 minutes to answerAt the end of the survey you have the option of letting us know any other points that you believe are important to the future success of ICSs.
