2019 Program Proposals
In order to attract a wide variety of talented speakers and workshop leaders, we have put together this proposal form. You are also welcome to submit a proposal or address any questions about programs informally to director@vcconferences.org or call Margaret Love at (828) 963-4453.

Our agreement for speakers and workshop leaders: compensation is provided at a rate of $25 per attendee per day. We may be able to provide lodging the night before or after depending on space available. We do not reimburse for travel expenses. We also welcome donations of speaker fees, as we're a non-profit providing a ministry of hospitality.
