By submitting this application I promise to comply with all of the rules and regulations set forth by Colossus Girl Entertainment, Ani-Medford, Rogue X, as well as all the laws of the State of Oregon, Jackson County, and the City of Medford. I further acknowledge that failure to abide by these rules may result in the loss of my speaking privileges. This is a volunteer speaking opportunity, not employment, and doesn't qualify for any benefits. Filling out of this application is not a guarantee of programming slot. No verbal agreements will be honored. 

Those selected to host a panel or activity will receive a complimentary weekend admission to the show:

  • Provides the same in-and-out access as a paid attendee during all public hours (10:00 am - 5:00 pm).  It does NOT allow early access or special guest status. 

  • Does not include autographs or photo ops with any invited guests.
