❄️ The WNTR Holiday Market returns this year @ Yale corner in Maplewood, NJ! ❄️
Event Details are as follows:

- Saturday, December 10th
- Sunday, December 11th
- Saturday, December 17th
- Sunday, December 18th
All days the event will run from 11:30 am to 3:30 pm.
Vendor Pricing:
*You may pay for your slot via Venmo or PayPal.
Once your application has been submitted, you may pay directly on Venmo (@Springfield-Avenue). PLEASE WRITE THE NAME OF YOUR BUSINESS IN THE MEMO. We will email you an invoice via PayPal if requested.

Once your spot is confirmed, you will be provided with a reserved space measuring approximately 10’ x 10’ on each of the days you chose. You must bring your own supplies (tables, chairs, tents, marketing materials, etc.)
For Food Vendors:
- If you are cooking on an open flame, a fire permit is required from the fire dept.
- If you are NOT Maplewood based, a one day food license is required from the health dept.
* For the FIRE PERMIT, please call the Maplewood Fire Dept. and request it from the clerk @ 973-762-6500
* For the ONE DAY FOOD LICENSE, please fill out the
application from the Maplewood Health Dept:
Springfield Avenue Partnership requires ALL vendors sign a Hold Harmless Agreement in order to participate in the WNTR Holiday Market. This will be sent to you via email. Receipt of payment and signed agreement will confirm your spot in the market.
You will receive check-in information a few days prior to the event.
There will not be any rain dates. If any of the days are cancelled due to weather, you are subject to receive a refund for that day within 5 business days.
