能具備通訊工程的系統觀念、專業知識與技術;能秉持工程倫理之素養,在工作中適當運用所學,對通訊產業及社會經濟發展作出貢獻。
To understand the key system concepts of Communications professionals
To learn basic Communications Engineering system concepts, specialized knowledge and technology; to uphold engineering ethics and, when on the job, utilize academic information and techniques to contribute to the improved development of the communications industry and the socio-economic condition.

EO_2 能夠擁有自我成長與勝任工作之能力
透過專業報告、習作、專題製作或論文研究培養獨立思考與創新思維之能力,亦能進行團隊合作、有效溝通及計畫管理,得以在工作或深造的過程中於預訂時程完成各項任務及挑戰。
Strive for personal growth and to be a skilled worker
Through the use of appropriate reports, projects, topic assignments or thesis research, develop independent and innovative thinking. When working or pursuing further studies, or when completing various assignments and challenges, collaborate and effectively communicate with team members and possess strong project management skills.

EO_3 能夠持續拓展宏觀視野
具備基礎外語能力,持續吸收國內外通訊產業相關之標準或技術發展資訊,並將在學校參與各項活動之經驗轉化成自我本職學能提升的能量;瞭解人文素養的重要性,並在日常生活之中予以實踐。
Continual expansion of the macro-perspective
To pursue foreign language proficiency, and continued absorption of related standards or technological developments within the domestic and international Communications industry; furthermore, in order to improve ones learning experience, participate in school activities; finally, understand the importance of the Humanities and put these values to practice in day to day life.

在數學、科學及通訊工程基礎領域獲取必要的知識與技能,不僅應用於解決問題,還能夠有利於繼續更高層次之專業訓練。
Appropriate use of mathematics, science and Communications Engineering To obtain the necessary knowledge and skills in the basic fields of mathematics, science and Communication Engineering, not only for solving problems, but also for pursuing specialized academic training.

POB_B 設計與執行實驗、分析與詮釋數據之能力
透過與課程相輔相成的實驗課,妥善運用實驗室設備與儀器,發展規劃執行實驗,取得所需之數據,並配合適當的計算方法能夠加以正確分析與解釋數據。
Design and implementation of experiments, analysis and interpretation of data
In an academic environment, courses provide significant opportunities for hands-on experiments and data collection, demonstrate the proper use of laboratory equipment and instruments, foster developmental design and implementation of experiments, allow students to gain required knowledge, and with the appropriate method of calculation, demonstrate proper analysis and interpretation of data techniques.

經由瞭解實務經驗,培養具備使用通訊工程相關技能、技術 或 及現代工具之能力。
The appropriate application of technical skills, technology and modern instruments in practical engineering
Through practical, hands-on experience foster the use of relevant technical skills, technology and modern instruments used in Communications Engineering.

POB_D 設計與製作通訊系統或元件所需之能力
能夠獨立或以團隊方式設計發展通訊系統或元件,具備整合軟硬體之能力,並能分析評估設計結果。
The design and manufacture of essential Communications systems or components
Provide an independent or group-oriented approach toward the developmental model of communications systems; provide integrated hardware and software capabilities, as well as analysis and evaluation of the model results.

POB_E 團隊工作、有效溝通、專案計劃 管理及領域整合及領導之能力
能夠進行團隊工作及計畫管理,從團體互動、班級經驗及專題製作中發展溝通與專案管理技巧,並能利用電腦工具進行書面與口頭報告的能力。
Team work, effective communication, project management and leadership abilities
Provide excellent leadership in a team-oriented environment and project management; through group interactions, classroom experience and unique topic creation, develop communication and leadership skills; and be able to use computer equipment to conduct written and oral reports.

POB_F 具通訊專業素養,能構思與因應通訊工程問題之能力
能發掘、分析及應用研究成果,以因應複雜且整合性通訊工程問題。
To foster Communications professionalism, to design solutions for Communication Engineering problems
Through the construction of models, analysis, design and experimental evaluation identify Communications Engineering problems and propose solutions that meet technical specifications.
