DESCRIPTION:
Please join the Barony of Mons Tonitrus as they celebrate their Baronial Anniversary at Mace and Greatsword! The Barony’s Armored and Cut and Thrust Champions will be decided, so come test their mettle, or enjoy the show! As always ~ the WINNERS on the Hardsuit and Cut and Thrust fields will walk away with a PRIZE WEAPON ~ a Mace Prize from the Mace Tournament, and a Longsword Prize from the Cut and Thrust Tournament! Fighters need not declare NOR be from Mons to win our fabulous prizes! All fighters MUST show their authorization card! CHAMPIONS To Declare: Mons fighters may Declare for Champion on this pre- registration form! Be sure and select YES if you wish to declare, and which tournament / championship you are declaring in. If you are undecided, candidates will be accepted the day of the event.
ACTIVITIES
Please join the Barony in witnessing tournaments to determine the new
Mace and Great Sword, and Long Sword, tournaments at this one-day
event at Cochise College. Come prepared to lounge on the grass or in the
shade, enjoying the cold beverages provided by the Barony ~ bring your
popups with banners and weights (no staking!), bring your A&S to do and
show off while you CHILL with us! Or perhaps play period style games with
your friends indoors or on the grassy lawn! The Barony intends to host
some games for the enjoyment of all, such as Bocce Ball and Kubb.
LUNCH
This year, Mons will host a $10 picnic lunch for anyone who checks YES on
this pre-reg form! (All those wishing to reserve a picnic lunch must pay for
one ~ including any Youth you wish to include. Signup ends Friday, August
19th, at Midnight!) Note: Our Picnic Lunch is optional and is NOT required
to pre-reg or attend this event!
Menu: Choose between Cold Fried Chicken or Charcuterie meats to enjoy
with Breads, Fruits, Cheese and Veggies, the freshest available at the time
of shopping
ADA ACCOMMODATIONS
Plenty of close and handicap parking spaces, sidewalks lead from the
parking lot to the building, indoor AC, doors are close to the shade trees
and grassy area near the fighting, stone picnic tables and low stone walls
outside, plus indoor restrooms include ADA accessibility!

TO REGISTER FOR THE EVENT:- Fill out this form (PayPal invoice request form).
- One adult must register in order to register any youth, people 17 and under may not register themselves.
- A PayPal invoice will be emailed to you at the email address provided on this form. Invoices will be sent out every 2 days-please be patient. Please ensure that the email address provided is correct. This is the most likely error which will result in a delay of your invoice. If you have not received an invoice within 5 days, please contact the Kingdom Registration Deputy at epay@atenveldt.org.
- Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice. Keep a copy of your receipt.

Event reservations closes at 11:59 pm on 8/19/2026. All unpaid invoices will be cancelled on 8/20/2026.

REFUNDS: Refunds may be requested via email sent to the event exchequer and are subject to a $1 non-refundable charge. Refunds will be processed and mailed by check after the event. Refund requests must be received no later than the day prior to the event and must include the requestor's physical mailing address.
