Embedding LibreTexts OER into Canvas
Most LibreTexts can be directly embedded into Canvas. Each chapter/section of the book comes in as its own module. Faculty can then move content around, add content to modules, delete pages/sections, etc. LibreTexts also allows faculty to create a free account, make a copy of any existing content, and if the license allows (most do), edit directly in the LibreTexts platform. This edited copy can then be pulled into your course. Shells created for this project utilize the CRC Course Template designed by Jena Trench, which which aligns with the CVC-OEI Course Design Rubric.
