Can the classes be conducted online?
Yes, online classes are available using GoogleDocs and Zoom.

Where is the centre?
We are just about a 3-minute walk from Potong Pasir MRT.

How long is each session?
1.5 hours per session.

What is the class size?
Classes max out at 2 students in order to ensure that each student has the attention the he or she needs.

What is the period of the school year for Mister Meister Learning Centre?
Our school year is from the start of January until the end of December of the same year.

What are the rates?
Tuition for Primary and Secondary levels in English, Mathematics and Science subjects.
All sessions are for a duration of 1-hour 30-minutes. Prices listed are per session.
Primary 1-3: $60
Primary 4: $67.50
Primary 5: $75
Primary 6: $82.50
Secondary 1: $90
Secondary 2: $97.50
Secondary 3-5: $105

Will there be registration/administration fees?
No.

Will there be material fees?
No.

Will I need to purchase assessment books?
No, all study material and worksheets will be provided by the centre. However, your child will need to have his/her own foolscap paper, stationery, calculator and geometry sets.

How much is the deposit?
A deposit of 2 months (equivalent to 8 sessions) will be collected before the commencement of the class for a fresh student. Once the registration procedure has been completed, an e-invoice for the deposit will be sent to you via Whatsapp or e-mail. Please note that your selected slot will only be locked in when the deposit has been made.

Will my deposit be returned?
Your deposit will be returned when your child is no longer a student with our centre. Your returned deposit will be prorated for any unpaid classes attended.

Will I need to keep renewing my deposit every school year?
Should you continue to enrol your child with us, you are only required to top-up the shortfall. An e-invoice will be sent to you via Whatsapp or e-mail for you to make the required top-up. Please note that your preferred slot for your child will only continue to be locked for the following school year once the top-up is made.

How will I be charged?
You will only be charged for the number of classes your child attends within a given month, which will be reflected in our e-invoice. For example, in a short month, your child may have only attended 2 out of 3 sessions. The e-invoice will only reflect those 2 days. In a longer month where your child attends 5 sessions, the e-invoice would reflect the fees for 5 days.

When do I need to make payment?
You will be able to make payment as soon as our e-invoice has been sent to you on the last day of every month via Whatsapp or e-mail.

What are the preferred modes of payment?
• PayNow
We would greatly prefer payment to be made via PayNow to better facilitate our accounting processes. The centre’s UEN and bank account number will be provided to you upon the successful enrolment of your child.
Upon receiving your payment, an e-receipt will be sent to you via Whatsapp or e-mail.

What happens if I default on payment?
A reminder will be sent to you at the end of each week where payment is outstanding. In the case where there are outstanding payments for 8 sessions, your child will no longer be enrolled with us. Your deposit will also be fully forfeited to pay for the 8 sessions.

What happens if my child misses a class / tutor cancels a class?
You will simply not be charged for the missed class. No replacement classes will be conducted unless a special arrangement is made.
