Welcome to VABANC mentorship program designed specifically to support and empower individuals from underrepresented minority groups in the legal profession! We would like to attract mentors from diverse legal backgrounds who are passionate about helping the next generation of legal talent succeed. We encourage one-on-one meetings, workshops, and offer networking events to help mentees thrive in the legal industry. We welcome individuals from all legal backgrounds to apply to our mentorship program and help break down barriers to success in the legal profession.
