2019-20 Tuition Assistance Application
Tuition assistance is meant for low-to middle-income families. Amount awarded is need-based on the basis of the assistance taking into consideration income, number of household members, and State of Oregon assistance. Special consideration may be given for extenuating circumstances, such as job loss, medical issues, or other financial concerns. Financial assistance is provided on a sliding scale.

2019-20 Season Tuition Assistance Guidelines: Tuition Assistance discounts are for one class and one production per term during Fall, Winter, Spring and Summer term once proof noted below is received. Tuition assistance is not available for the Broadway Babies class or for Stage Door or Overture Performance Troupes. Tuition assistance may not be used in conjunction with any other discounts - Stage Door, Overture, special promotions, sibling discount, etc. Families may choose to use the highest level discount they are eligible for, but they may only use one discount.
All Tuition Assistance Applications are valid for one season (one year) which runs September 1 thru August 31. Applications will be accepted any time during the season. A new application must be filed each year to continue the assistance.
Upstart Crow Studios Children’s Theatre expects that all information on the Tuition Assistance Application is true. Any false information on the application will result in the loss of the tuition assistance for the remainder of the year. A new application with the correct information may be filed the following year.
