We are grateful you are taking time to register your child for Family Ministry Programming!

Registered families have their children's names on attendance sheets for easier sign in, nametags printed for children, and receive emails about upcoming events. 

Membership is not required, though we are grateful for financial contributions to support our programming.

This is a registration form for programming starting September 13th, 2026, when we will have two services each Sunday at 9:30 a.m. and 11:15 a.m.

Children's Ministry for crawlers to 5th grade will be available at both services. We highly recommend reviewing the program information available on our children's ministry page, youth ministry page, and OWL page before registering.
