The space is available to reserve for private events from 5pm-10pm. Hours past 10pm are available for $100/hour rental fee.

There is a $250 rental fee - collected as the deposit to secure the date. This fee is waived and applied as partial payment towards the bill at the time of the event IF the party spends $750+ on food and beverages.
