- Sexual assault, sexual harassment, or other gender-based harassment by a student, teacher, coach, staff, or other faculty member at a college, university, or other post-secondary education institution;
- Sexual assault, harassment, or other gender-based harassment that targets LGBTQIA+ individuals of any grade level; and
- Unequal opportunities for LGBTQIA+, nonbinary, or GNC individuals of any grade level at school or other education-related programs.

Equal Rights Advocates will review the information you provide and respond to you by email or phone. Currently, we cannot guarantee a response within 2 business days.
