Group Event Planning Form
This form will need to be filled out for every event your group plans throughout the year. Please note that it must be completed at least ONE MONTH in advance of your event to allow for maximum Hillel support and coordination with other Hillel events.

***Please note that Minnesota Hillel is not responsible for marketing your events. However, on a case by case basis, events may be included in various Hillel emails and social media posts.

After you have submitted the form, the Hillel Student Vice President will reach out to you directly to approve your event so you may begin the planning process. If you have any questions, please reach out to Carli Shapiro (shapi164@umn.edu).
