THE GOAL of this survey is to determine the impact, if any, MR CRONIN'S SOCIAL STUDIES 2.0 - LIFE SKILLS class had helping former students create employment opportunities and then get the jobs and careers they desired which helped each student afford the lifestyle ((like having a car, a nice home, buying clothes, going on vacations, having and caring for a pet, etc) each student hoped for. Please read the items below and respond accordingly. THANK YOU SO MUCH.

PERSONAL BRAND LESSONS - realizing the value of a positive impression people have of YOU when they see your social media posts AND / OR observe / meet YOU in person

NETWORKING LESSONS - continuously build a group of successful, influential people you can always connect with for advice or assistance

GROWTH MINDSET - accepting mistakes & failure can be beneficial lessons that make you better

JOB INTERVIEWING SKILLS - you plan before, during and follow up steps for each interview

STORYTELLING - you have a POSITIVE elevator speech, social media posts, resume, etc which assures your brand is perceived in a positive way

TIME MANAGEMENT - each week you organize your time to get important things done

LINKEDIN - you establish a profile and use LINKEDIN to promote your brand, stay CONNECTED with "congratulations" for job promotions or new jobs, "happy birthday" wishes, etc to encourage the influential, successful people in your network to assist you when you ask

FIELD TRIPS - any class field trips you went on was a positive experience: CVS, Colleges, LaSalle Academy, Women's Summit at Bryant University, Amica, the Pawtucket Red Sox Networking event, TeeSpring,etc)

NATIONAL YOUTH LEADERSHIP FORUM (Washington, DC) - a positive experience

FINANCIAL LITERACY LESSONS - you know how to create budget, how to ensure a good credit rating and establish a savings account, as well as create wealth by borrowing (debt) and investing wisely, etc)

BUSINESS CARD - you understand their value when networking

PAID INTERNSHIP - (CVS, Law Firm, Books on the Square, etc) - you had them during this class

THE FUTURE FORUM - a valuable experience

BROWN UNIVERSITY MEDICAL CAREER NETWORKING EVENT - a valuable experience

CLASS HOST - you welcomed and introduced class guests

QUESTIONS - you never hesitate to ask questions because they're more valuable than answers

A CLASS GUEST - someone you met in class is in your network and can be helpful
